Each piece of Jaclyn Nicole jewelry is designed to support mindfulness, self-love, and personal growth, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need to enjoy your jewelry to the fullest.

What materials are used in Jaclyn Nicole jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including sterling silver, brass, copper, 14K gold filled, and solid 14K gold metals. Each piece is handmade or hand-finished by Jaclyn herself, ensuring a unique and personal touch.

What if I want a piece in solid 14K Gold?

All of our jewelry pieces can be ordered in solid 14K gold. If you don't see an option in the product listing to select solid 14K gold, please send us a message, and we will get back to you shortly with pricing.

Please note that all solid gold jewelry is made to order, so please expect an average of 2-3 weeks production time. Materials are sourced once your payment has been received.

How is Jaclyn Nicole jewelry produced?

The majority of our jewelry is fully hand fabricated from sheet and wire by Jaclyn herself. Some particularly intricate pieces are hand fabricated initially and then replicated by creating a mold and using a process called casting. This process is done for highly labor-intensive pieces to cut down on production time and maintain affordability for our customers. The raw castings are then hand finished by Jaclyn.

Does my jewelry come with the meaning explained?

It does! Each piece of our inspirational jewelry comes packaged with its own card summarizing the meaning behind the piece and a QR code that directs you to the product listing for a more detailed explanation.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

If you need your order within certain time constraints, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can fulfill it by the required date. Alternatively, you are welcome to add the date requirement to the notes section of your order. If we’re not able to meet your requirements, we would be happy to refund your order if you prefer.

What if my order is a gift being mailed directly to the recipient?

We love seeing you support your loved ones with our meaningful jewelry! Please let us know in the notes section if your order is going directly to a gift recipient.

If you’d like to include a gift note, please add that in quotations to the notes section, and we’ll make sure to add that to your package as well!

How do I care for my Jaclyn Nicole jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in top condition, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or exercising. Clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth and store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in a plastic zipped bag to prevent oxidization. Over time, brass and copper may develop a natural patina––many of our customers love this effect for its organic beauty. Should you prefer a more polished look, we recommend polishing with either a yellow Sunshine Cloth or a bit of Flitz polishing cream on a soft cloth.

What if my jewelry needs resizing or repairs?

We want you to love your Jaclyn Nicole pieces for years to come! If you need resizing or repairs, simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help. Most repairs can be done quickly, ensuring your jewelry is as perfect as the day you received it. 

Please send us an email detailing the issue along with photos. Once we’ve assessed the damage and confirmed with you via email that we are able to complete the repair, please mail the piece to us within one week to be fixed. Please note that if the damage is due to user mishandling, we may advise a labor fee for repairs.

Our rings are predominantly adjustable, but if you still find one too big or too small for your finger, we are happy to help you troubleshoot or exchange it for a differently sized one if needed, as long as the piece is still in new condition.

Our Presence spinner rings cannot be resized. However, if you find the size isn’t a good fit, please let us know within the first 7 days of either receipt or gifting, and we will happily exchange it for a different size so long as the ring is in the same condition it was received.

Can I customize a piece?

Absolutely! We offer customizations for many of our designs, including options for materials and alternate sizing. We also accept commissions for one of a kind custom jewelry pieces. Contact us to discuss your vision, and Jaclyn will work with you to create a piece that aligns with your intentions and surpasses your expectations!

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Your cart, after any promotions, must total over $75 with your order shipping to a valid US postal address. Once you meet those conditions, you should automatically have the option to select free Economy shipping, which will be sent via USPS ground advantage. 

Should your order qualify and you don’t see the option to select free shipping, please go ahead and place your order while letting us know in the notes section that the free shipping option didn’t appear, and we will refund the amount paid for economy shipping. 

Please note if you need your order rushed and as such select Fed Ex or UPS or other upgraded shipping options, that will override the free shipping and be at the buyer’s expense.

Do you run promotions?

Occasionally, we offer sales and promotions, but please keep in mind that as a handmade small business, they aren’t frequent. We do, however, offer a generous 15% off your first order just for joining our mailing list and 20% off your next order after leaving a review. 

Once you’re part of the Jaclyn Nicole community, you’re like family to us, and we always do our best to treat you as such.

Do you have a store?

At this time, we do not have a brick and mortar store. We offer full access to our collections through our online store and a generous return policy to put your mind at ease. 

However, a wide selection of our pieces are available for sale in-person at vendor events throughout the Tri-State area, all of which are listed on our Find Us page.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and are confident you are going to love your new Jaclyn Nicole jewelry. However, we know that shopping online can feel risky.  So, to remove that risk, we offer a generous online return policy. You have 72 hours within receipt of your online order to request a return for a full refund minus any shipping costs. So go ahead and shop safely knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.
